  I normally come to this restaurant once a week and have a great experience, yet tonight I felt as though we were ignored by our waitress. We were seated for over 10 minutes before she even came to get our drink order. Then didn't bring silverware after out food was there. I ran out of drink and she never came back to check on us. I'm not sure if I will be returning anytime soon.

  Me and my girlfriend came here last night for some dinner being one of the places still open due to inclimate weather. I'd have to say our experience was not that great at all. I ordered the new 3 for me and got the beef fajitas mistaken for carnitas. And was up charged 6 dollars and some change. Sorry but beef fajitas by themself is literally a dollar more if you get it just as an entree versus carnitas or chicken. I was also not told by the waitress that it would be an upcharge. The waitress was also scrambled running around with only three tables..... Customer service has gone done through the years.... If your staff can't handle a really slow night maybe you should invest in better staff. Will not be going back.
