  Honestly, I have never been so unsatisfied with a Starbucks before. I felt awkward and like a burden on these people. I just came in around 8:00 pm looking to get some homework done away from home. I got my drink and sat down. I started working for awhile and then it became 9:30. Mind you this Starbucks does not close until 10:00. They started doing their closing procedures. Counting money in front of costumers, slamming it so people got the idea that they were closing. Mopping, sweeping, the whole nine yards.. they did all of their procedures. One guy even came out talking to another employee using foul language. Now personally I thought this was so rude. Staff constantly looking at me making me feel awkward to leave but I still had 30 minutes and some other work to do. I just felt unwelcomed so I ended up leaving and I guess next time i'd rather just save my money and make my own coffee at home rather than feeling as a burden on these people.

  Drinks are consistent from location to location. Well staffed with helpful knowledgeable folks.
