  website says they open at 5am. we were there at 6. the girl was inside but the open sign wasn't on. Since we could SEE her, we pulled up to window. She made sure to stay away until after we were gone. We went across the street to the gas station for our coffee...within that time, she was "open"....nice customer service....or not.

  we arrive on Saturday at 7:57pm and the lady said the closed at 8:00 pm she didn't sold anything and the Web site shows 9:00pm.

  I decided to try the Human Bean, despite its slightly higher price than my normal coffee place, since I know it is closer on my route. Let's just say after this one experience, I will not be back. Sure the aesthetics are nice enough, and the personality of the girl was ok, but I didn't bother to look inside to see if the inside was clean counters, etc - however, the barista took another customers cash, did not wash her hands or sanitize, and proceeded to make and deliver my coffee to me. She was friendly enough, and her hair was pulled back in a loose ponytail, but was still hanging past her shoulders, kind of messy, and as a hairstylist all I could think was of how much hair would fall out during the course of her shift. This is all good reason to make me decide against from patronizing Human Bean in the future, but was trying to make excuses so things could have been forgiven for a second try on another day, but then I consider the attire of the barista working. I do not care how hot it is at the coffee machines, or outside - There is never an excuse for someone to wear a tank top undershirt type shirt to work. No coverage of the arm pit area at all. Hardly covered the shoulder. Call me crazy, but if it is that hot, the possibilities of sweat, hairs, or even worse, flakes of anti-perspirant getting into our coffees is more than I wish to gamble with. I won't be returning in the future.
