  They rarely get my orders correct. I got a piece of Texas toast from them and it was just bread... no garlic, not toasted.

  I find the model of having someone bring food to your car in the drive through and then expecting a tip somewhat strange. If you weren't expected to add a few bucks onto your fast food meal (even if you walk up or drive through) it would be a much better situation, but I've been turned off by the general business model. Food is good and the shakes/blasts are great. I just don't go there due to being stingy, I guess.

  Very slow service rook 20 min for incorrect order. understaffed. Cold food. Incorrect order. Left after waiting 15 min longer to fix order... will not go back. Waist of money and time had to find alternate meal.

  I love Sonic! That being said, this particular store is horrible as an example of the Sonic chain. The regional management is aware and is not able to correct the problems due to poor management at that store's level. The staff is unpleasant, the building is poorly maintained, and apparently the management doesn't care. I highly recommend the Sonic in Mooresville, North Carolina for an example of how the store should be run.
