  Arrived at 730 ordered two coffees. Out of one flavor choice and then after placed order told out of culato (excuse spelling) mix. Asked cashier what other iced options. She asked manager I think and her reply in a hateful time she needs to order anything she wants. So my husband decided on unsweet tea which is like a $2.00 price difference. When I asked about price difference and getting a refund she stomped to register saying just give her money back I aint got.time for this. God Bless the cashier she was so appologetic . But hateful people can ruin your morning. I mean u know I have a coffee rush every morning and take it from me I have managed for years . Pull ur big girl panties on and deal with the stress of the morning rush or find a new job.

  I ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate at 5:30 in the morning. The lady at the window didn't greet me or mark which was which so I asked and she responded with an eye roll and said the first one was coffee... turns out that one wasn't the coffee. There was no need for the attitude.

  I ordered coffee for myself and a coworker, and when I got back to the office we both took about two drinks out of the coffees and they were disgusting. I don't know what they did, but they were far too sweet, and it tasted like they topped off a cup of simple syrup and caramel sauce with ice and coffee.
  
  I went back, with my hardly touched drink, that evening and asked for a refund, to which I was informed, "We don't give refunds anymore, but we can re-make it." That didn't really do anything for me, as I wanted coffee ant 10:30, not 6:00. I asked to speak with the manager, and I was told, "Oh, we only have a manager on duty first shift." Some kid working took down my name and number to have the manager call me, which never happened. I am very disappointed with my experience at this location, and I will continue to patronize other establishments in their stead, as the only reason I visited this location was at the request of my coworker.

  Didn't want to make a shake at 935 cause supposedly their lobby closed at 930 and Baskin is in their lobby??? This makes no sense considering no where does it say their lobby closes at 930 and if that were the case, Dunkin' Donuts is also in their lobby.. young Hispanic girl.

  Selection has gotten better recently.
  
  This is a Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Donuts. You can get ice cream, donuts, breakfast, or frozen cakes.
  The staff is primarily good... sometimes hit or miss, they are usually friendly and helpful.
