- 1 / 5By Linda LeeThis is the worst Steak and Shake we have ever been in. The people ahead of us were seated and the woman looked at us and totally ignored that we were standing there. We finally were seated about 10 minutes later and told our server would be right with us. About 20 minutes later our waitress finally came and asked for our drink order, we told her we were ready to order. We placed our order and waited. Everyone around us was getting their food and finished, still no food and our waitress totally ignored us. We ordered chili and never even got that. After 1 hour of no food and no waitress even coming to our table we got up and left. We went across the street to Five Guys, excellent food and excellent service as always... never again will we go to this Steak and Shake!!!!February 18, 2017
