- 1 / 5By Jenny MNeeds proper hygienic practices. I am surprised that there has not been an outbreak of food poisoning. The wait staff is unnecessary, people can get their own drinks and bus their own tables. They need to require people to use hand sanitizer each time they return to the buffet. Food is sometimes too old and their are no times put on the food to be thrown out. They need to discourage licking fingers, enforce the clean plate rule, and putting thongs right on the food. Seems silly to leave a tip for someone who collects dirty plates and that same person refills your drinks without washing their hands.May 08, 2017
