  We ate at this location last night. We had driven from Ohio & Mooresville, NC is where we decided to stop on our way further south. Although the staff seemed very friendly, the service was so slow we almost left prior to receiving our drink order. Fortunately the drinks were so refreshing, they saved the day.... for the time being. I ordered the petite fillet mignon and specified I wanted it medium but not too pink. Our server asked if I'd like it butterflied & I said no because I definitely did not want it well done. Once our meals arrived, I seriously couldn't be certain I even received a filet because it was so thin... nobody could have bitterflied it! My husband ordered a ribeye & it too was over cooked! !Although it was tender it was definitely well done & had good flavor despite it being over cooked. We had to request refills & waited again.... All in all , this was our first experience at a Sagebrush Steakhouse and probably our last.
